崑崙泡泡錶女錶牛皮錶帶
最近幫國外網友訂製了幾條崑崙泡泡錶的錶帶, 趁空登出和網友們分享.

崑崙泡泡錶有獨特的錶耳構造, 錶帶必須製作圓弧形錶耳及雙彈簧針的構造,同時錶帶厚度製作由厚減薄的款式. 這是極為困難製作,也是非常耗費工時的手工錶帶款式之一.

這幾款錶帶樣本是崑崙泡泡錶的女錶牛皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是19mm收16mm, 長度是65X64mm ( 適合約15 CM 的手腕尺寸), 靠近錶耳處圓弧型墊厚的厚度是 5.0mm, 尾部減薄到 2.4mm的厚度,縫法國的手縫麻線,錶帶的邊緣有磨圓上邊油,採用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做背面的底襯皮革. 這款崑崙泡泡錶圓弧型錶耳款式的錶帶使用買家原廠的摺疊扣.

The first strap sample was made: Corum Bubble ladies dark brown leather strap, width 19x16mm, length 65x64mm, thick 5.0mm taper to 2.4mm, match stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining. It fits an OEM clasp.

The second strap sample was made: Corum Bubble ladies brown leather strap, width 19x16mm, length 65x64mm, thick 5.0mm taper to 2.4mm, cream stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining.

The third strap sample was made: Corum Bubble ladies black crocodile strap, width 19x16mm, length 65x64mm, thick 5.0mm taper to 2.4mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

巧將的手工錶帶完全使用真皮製作, 與一般生產線大量生產的錶帶使用人造的材料不同.
