Glashutte padded dark blue crocodile strap,18.8x16mm in width,70x110mm in length,thick 5.0mm taper to 2.3mm,match stitching,dyed and burnished edges,black calf lining.

這款格拉蘇蒂特殊錶耳構造的墊厚的深藍色鱷魚皮錶帶,錶帶的寬度是18.8mm收16mm,適用16mm原廠的錶帶釦,長度是短邊70mm,長邊是110mm,厚度是製作5.0mm減薄到2.3mm的厚度,縫日本的上蠟深藍色麻線,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用柔軟耐用的黑色英國小牛皮做背皮.  

The Glashutte crocodile custom strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather watch strap. 
The Glashutte has the particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of particular metal inserts at the lug ends of the Glashutte strap.
And I need the particular metal inserts of the Glashutte old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. Either an Glashutte OEM old leather strap or an old crocodile strap will be OK.
I have to pare the calf leather to be a proper thick, and package the metal inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.
After that we sew together with the upper side crocodile skin,the middle metal insert layer and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our Glashutte crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.                  

這款格拉蘇蒂錶款有獨特的設計, 它的錶帶在錶耳處有特殊的金屬鑲入配件,尺寸非常精細獨特!
因為 整條 錶帶需要將皮革特殊削薄, 然後再小心的依照這款格拉蘇蒂錶款的特殊的金屬鑲入配件的尺寸來製作,
由於各項尺寸都需要精確緊密. 所以製作上特別困難和耗費工時.

       The padded crocodile strap is one of the most difficult hand made crocodile straps.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad. 
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it.
We pare the British soft calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap.
After that we sew together with the upper crocodile skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our padded crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.

在上面的兩張照片中,在上側的是原廠的舊錶帶,原廠的舊錶帶拆開後可以清楚看到錶帶中間作為墊厚材料的紙板墊片.     

我們的墊厚材料是採用柔軟的英國小牛皮, 用手工修削成圓弧型並且由厚減薄的墊厚材料.

然後我們再將錶帶正面已經削薄的鱷魚皮革,中間的小牛皮墊厚材料以及背面的小牛皮背皮一起用麻線手工縫製,完成這件極端困難的格拉蘇蒂墊厚款式的特殊金屬鑲入配件的鱷魚皮錶帶.

我只能說: 說的容易,但是做起來實在辛苦!
