這款卡地亞 山度士100黑色墊厚的折疊扣義大利鱷魚紋牛皮錶帶,錶帶的寬度是22.5mm收20mm,適用20mm原廠的摺疊釦,長度兩邊都是105mm,雙邊反摺的摺疊釦錶帶,厚度是製作6.0mm減薄到1.5mm超薄的厚度,縫日本的上蠟黑色麻線,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用柔軟耐用的英國小牛皮做背皮.  

Cartier Santos 100 black Italian crococalf leather strap,22.5x20mm in width,105x105mm in length,thick 6.0mm taper to1.5mm,black stitching,dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

The thickness at tail end of this strap must be made 6.0mm taper to 1.5mm to fit the Cartier folding clasp (bilateral reflexed). The ultrathin tail end of this strap was made of front side crococalf and back side calf lining. So both the crococalf leather and the calf lining of the strap have to be made a tiny thin thickness of 0.7mm. This is definitely a special leather crafts demonstrations!

這款卡地亞山度士100折疊扣(雙邊反摺)的義大利鱷魚紋牛皮錶帶,錶帶厚度需要製作從6.0mm減薄到1.5mm超薄的厚度. 這個尾巴超薄的厚度是由鱷魚紋牛皮和背面的小牛皮一起縫合製成. 所以錶帶上層的鱷魚紋牛皮和背面的小牛皮都需要用手工精確的削薄到0.7mm的厚度.這只能慢工細活地製作,絕對是皮革手工藝的頂級挑戰!

這款法蘭克穆勒深綠色墊厚的鱷魚皮錶帶,寬度是18mm收16mm,適用16mm 法蘭克穆勒原廠的錶帶釦,長度是短邊78mm,長邊123mm, 適合約18.5公分的手腕尺寸, 厚度是從5.5mm減薄到2.2mm的厚度. 
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用最珍貴柔軟的鱷魚腹部皮革做錶帶正面的材料,
並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面的材料,以上過蠟的麻線純手工縫製完成.

Franck Muller padded dark green crocodile strap,18x16mm in width,78x123mm in length,thick 6.0mm taper to 2.5mm,match stitching,dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

         The padded crocodile strap is one of the most difficult hand made crocodile straps.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad. 
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it.
We pare the British soft calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap.
After that we sew together with the upper crocodile skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our padded crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.
