這款IWC大工程師特殊錶耳構造的墊厚的咖啡色鱷魚皮錶帶,錶帶的寬度是28mm收18mm,適用18mm原廠的錶帶釦,長度是短邊75mm,長邊是115mm,厚度是製作5.3mm減薄到3.0mm的厚度,縫日本的上蠟米色麻線,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用柔軟耐用的英國小牛皮做背皮.

The IWC Big Ingenieur crocodile custom strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather watch strap.  
The IWC Big Ingenieur has the particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of particular metal inserts at the lug ends of the IWC Big Ingenieur strap. 
And I need the particular metal inserts of the IWC Big Ingenieur old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. Either an IWC Big Ingenieur OEM old leather strap or an old kelvar type strap will be OK.
I have to pare the calf leather to be a proper thick, and package the metal inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.
After that we sew together with the upper side crocodile skin,the middle metal insert layer and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our IWC Big Ingenieur crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.                   
Please notice that this IWC Big INGENIEUR custom croco strap service is limited only for sending me the IWC Big INGENIEUR old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. 
Either an old OEM leather strap or a kelvar type strap would be fine for producing the new custom strap.

萬國錶大工程師鱷魚皮手工錶帶是極為困難製作的錶帶款式之一.
IWC工程師系列錶款有獨特的設計,它的錶帶在錶耳處有特殊鑲入的金屬配件,尺寸非常的精細獨特! 
製作錶帶時,整條錶帶需要將皮革特殊削薄,然後再小心的依照IWC工程師系列的錶耳特殊金屬配件的尺寸來製作錶帶中間夾層的皮革.
然後再將錶帶正面的鱷魚皮革,中間層的特殊金屬配件夾層以及背面的小牛皮背襯,一起用麻線手工縫製完成. 
這些許多的不同製程,各項尺寸都需要精確緊密,所以製作上特別繁複和耗費工時.
