寶璣Type Tradition 7077 原廠款式的錶帶在錶耳處有硬膠的鑲入配件, 製作時非常困難及耗費工時. 同時原廠款式的錶帶非常容易從錶帶背面的硬膠鑲入配件附近破裂開來.
現在我們提供訂製這款手工製作的鱷魚小骨錶帶, 因為沒有使用硬膠鑲入配件,不會從錶帶背面的錶耳附近破裂開來. 所以我們的寶璣Type tradition 7077 鱷魚小骨手工錶帶絕對比原廠的錶帶要更耐用和更便宜.
這款寶璣Type Tradition 7077 灰色鱷魚小骨錶帶的尺寸是: 寬度是23mm收20mm, 使用 原廠的 20mm的單邊折疊釦, 錶帶的長度是短邊70mm,長邊125mm,厚度是從5.8mm減薄到2.1mm的厚度.
The strap sample was made: Breguet Tradition 7077 gray little horn crocodile strap, 23x20mm in width, 70x125mm in length, thick 5.8mm taper to 2.1mm.
這款由厚減薄墊厚款式的鱷魚小骨錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄的造型. 然後和上層的鱷魚小骨的皮革以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合之後,再用法國的手縫麻線一起縫製成墊厚的鱷魚小骨錶帶.
PS:許多名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (在生產線上用紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以原廠的錶帶非常會吸水吸汗, 經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
