寶格麗Octo 38mm墊厚的鱷魚皮錶帶

網頁中的第一款錶帶樣品是: 寶格麗 Octo 38mm 墊厚款式的深藍色鱷魚皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是28mm收20mm, 長度是65X110mm ( 適合約16~17CM 的手腕尺寸),  中央墊厚的厚度是 4.3mm, 尾部減薄到 2.3mm的厚度.

The first strap sample was made: Bvlgari Octo 38mm dark blue padded crocodile strap, 28x20mm in width, 65x110mm in length, thick 4.3mm taper to 2.3mm, dark blue stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

網頁中的第二款錶帶樣品是: 寶格麗 Octo 38mm 墊厚款式的黑色鱷魚皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是28mm收16mm, 長度是65X110mm ( 適合約16~17CM 的手腕尺寸),  中央墊厚的厚度是 4.5mm, 尾部減薄到 2.4mm的厚度.

The second strap sample was made: Bvlgari octo 38mm padded black crocodile strap, 28x16mm in width, 65x110mm in length, thick 4.5mm taper to 2.4mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄的墊片; 然後再把許多層真皮材料, 用法國麻線縫製成墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.  因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶. 

PS:許多名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量來製作)做內襯. 很會吸水吸汗, 所以錶帶通常很快就從背面破裂開來.
