這款Bell & Ross 的鱷魚錶帶在製作上相當耗費工時,主要是因為錶帶中間的墊厚材料, 我們都是使用柔軟的歐洲小牛皮, 採用純手工削修成適當厚度的內襯, 然後再將許多層的皮革貼合縫製完成.

這點和許多原廠的錶帶都採用紙漿朔型來做中間的墊厚填充材料是完全不同的!

這款錶帶樣品是: Bell & Ross BR 03-92 黑色的鱷魚錶帶縫橘色的麻線,

寬度是 24 收 24mm, 使用買家的原廠24mm的ㄇ扣,

長度是短邊75mm, 長邊 125mm, 適合17~18CM 的手腕尺寸,

厚度是從 4.5 mm減薄到 3.8 mm, 錶帶的邊緣有上色及磨圓及封蠟處理.

PS: 前幾張照片是我們國外客戶收到訂製的錶帶之後,傳送給我們錶帶安裝到手錶上面的照片.

上面右邊這張照片中的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作,先用手工削薄之後將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以使用這款手工錶帶,您永遠不必再擔心錶帶環會很快就破損斷裂了.
