圓弧形錶耳款式和墊厚款式的錶帶都是極為困難製作的手工錶帶款式之一.
這款圓弧形錶耳及墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
目前許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以很會吸水吸汗, 經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用非常稀少而柔軟的鱷魚腹部的皮革來製作錶帶正面的材料,
並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間的裡襯和背面皮革的材料,以黑色麻線純手工縫製完成.

這款鱷魚錶帶是採用非常稀少而柔軟的鱷魚腹部的皮革來製作錶帶正面的材料,
並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間的裡襯和背面皮革的材料,以深咖啡色麻線純手工縫製完成.
Audemars Piguet Millenary curved lug end padded dark brown crocodile strap, 24x20mm in width, 75x120mm in length, thick 6.0mm taper to 3.0mm, dyed and burnished edges, match calf lining. It fits a replaced 20mm deployant clasp.
The curved lug end padded dark brown crocodile strap will come with a pair of curved spring bars.
The padded crocodile strap is one of the most difficult hand made crocodile straps.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it.
We pare the British soft calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap.
After that we sew together with the upper crocodile skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our padded crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.
