這款是萬國錶大飛IWC Big Pilot 深咖啡色墊厚的牛皮錶帶,縫日本的上蠟米色麻線.
錶帶的寬度是22mm收18mm,適用18mm的原廠針釦,長度是短邊80mm,長邊130mm,
厚度是製作7.5mm減薄到2.5mm的厚度,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用柔軟又耐用的咖啡色小牛皮做背皮. 這款(中央鼓起)墊厚款式的手工錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型;然後再和上下兩層真皮材料一起縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人製作這類墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
錶帶在錶耳處製作較厚的厚度可以承受厚重的手錶;錶帶尾部製作較薄的厚度,佩戴起來可以既柔軟又舒適.
PS:許多各名牌手錶的墊厚款式的錶帶,在中間墊厚的材料,大都是採用厚紙板(生產線上紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯.

這款是IWC Pilot Mark XVI的黑色墊厚的鱷魚錶帶,縫黑色的上蠟麻線,寬度是20mm收18mm,適用18mm IWC 原廠的摺疊釦,
長度是短邊45mm,長邊130mm, 厚度是從5.0mm減薄到2.5mm的厚度.
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用最珍貴,最柔軟的鱷魚腹部的皮革做錶帶正面的材料,並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面的材料,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,以上過蠟的日本麻線純手工縫製完成.

The heavy padded crocodile strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather strap.

The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it. We pare the calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap. After that we sew together with the upper crocodile skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that we took a long time to make each padded crocodile strap.
