           IWC 萬國錶圓弧型錶耳 鱷魚錶帶  IWC curved lug end crocodile strap 

這款是IWC 萬國錶 圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的深咖啡色鱷魚皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是22收18mm, 長度是63x126mm ( 適合約18公分的手腕尺寸),  中央墊厚的厚度是 4.8mm, 尾部減薄到 2.6mm的厚度. 使用原廠的折疊扣.

The first strap sample was made: IWC curved lug end dark brown crocodile strap, 22x18mm in width, 63x126mm in length, thick 4.8mm taper to 2.6mm, orangish brown calf lining.

圓弧形錶耳款式和墊厚款式的錶帶都是特別困難製作的手工錶帶款式之一.

這款圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再和上層的鱷魚皮以及背面的小牛皮,三層真皮材料縫製成圓弧型墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.  因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類圓弧型墊厚的鱷魚錶帶. 

PS:目前許多各名牌手錶原廠的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以很容易吸水吸汗, 經常很快就從錶帶背面破裂開來.
