芝柏錶圓弧形錶耳鱷魚錶帶 Girard Perregaux curved lug end crocodile watch strap samples
這兩款是GP 芝柏錶圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的鱷魚皮錶帶樣品, 錶帶的寬度是18收14mm, 長度是50x95mm ( 適合約15 CM 較小的手腕尺寸), 中央墊厚的厚度是 2.6mm, 尾部減薄到 2.2mm的厚度. 適合使用GP原廠的折疊扣. PS: 這兩件芝柏錶圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶是幫一位國外買家訂製的GP手工錶帶. 歡迎網友依照需要的尺寸來訂製.
The first strap sample was made: Girard Perregaux curved lug padded Burgundy crocodile strap, width 18x14mm, length 50x95mm, thick 2.6mm taper to 2.2mm, match stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining.
The second strap sample was made: Girard Perregaux curved lug padded navy blue crocodile strap, width 18x14mm, length 50x95mm, thick 2.6mm taper to 2.2mm, match stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.
圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的錶帶是極為困難製作的手工錶帶款式. 這款鱷魚錶帶我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型的中間夾層; 然後再和正面的鱷魚皮以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合之後,一起用法國的手縫麻線縫製成這款代用的鱷魚皮錶帶.
PS:目前許多名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以通常很容易從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
