雅典錶圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶 Ulysse Nardin curved lug end leather watch strap
這款是 Ulysse Nardin 雅典錶圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的黃色牛皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是20收16mm, 長度是65x105mm ( 適合約16公分的手腕尺寸), 中央墊厚的厚度是 3.5mm, 尾部減薄到 2.2mm的厚度. 這款錶帶可以使用原廠的錶帶扣來訂製新錶帶.
The strap sample was made: Ulysse Nardin curved lug end yellow leather strap, width 20x16mm, length 65x105mm, thick 3.5mm taper to 2.2mm, yellow stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining. The custom strap could be made to fit your original OEM buckle/clasp.
圓弧形錶耳款式和墊厚款式的錶帶都是特別困難製作的手工錶帶款式之一. 這款圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶款式. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶.
PS:目前許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以很會吸水吸汗,容易從背面破裂開來.
請網友參考下方最後這張照片中的活動錶帶環, 我們的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作,先用手工削薄之後將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以使用精緻的手工錶帶,您永遠不必再擔心錶帶環會破損斷裂了.
