最近幫一位美國網友訂製了這款豪爵G43 的白色牛皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是 30mm, 錶扣是18mm. 照片中的錶帶因為圖片放大,可以看到白色牛皮的毛孔和紋路.

Recently, I helped an American netizen customize a white cowhide strap for the Haojue G43. The width of the strap is 30mm and the buckle is 18mm. The strap in the photo is enlarged and you can see the pores and textures of the white cowhide.

這款豪爵G40錶帶是特製墊厚款式的白色牛皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是30收18mm, 長度是75X115mm ( 適合約17.5CM 的手腕尺寸), 中央墊厚的厚度是 5.5mm, 尾部減薄到 3.0mm的厚度.

The strap sample was made: Roger Dubuis G40 white leather strap, width 30x18mm, length 75x115mm, thick 5.5mm taper to 3.0mm, white stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining.

這款豪爵G40墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄的襯墊材料. 然後和上層的義大利淺灰色牛皮,以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合, 再用法國的手縫麻線縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 我們的錶帶裡外都採用真皮製作,這點和機器生產的錶帶採用紙漿製作中間夾層完全不同.
