寶璣Type XXII 原廠款式的錶帶在錶耳處有硬膠的鑲入配件, 製作時非常困難及耗費工時. 同時原廠款式的錶帶非常容易從錶帶背面的硬膠鑲入配件附近破裂開來.
現在我們提供訂製: 圓弧型錶耳墊厚款式的鱷魚皮錶帶, 因為沒有使用硬膠鑲入配件,不會從錶帶背面的錶耳附近破裂開來. 所以我們的寶璣Type XXII 鱷魚皮代用錶帶絕對比原廠的錶帶要更耐用和更便宜.
這款寶璣Type XXII 訂製的圓弧型墊厚款式的深咖啡色鱷魚皮錶帶的尺寸是: 寬度是22mm收18mm, 使用 原廠的 18mm的單邊折疊釦, 錶帶的長度是短邊65mm,長邊125mm,適合中等的手腕尺寸,厚度是從6.3mm減薄到2.3mm的厚度.
The strap sample was made: Breguet Type XXII curved lug end dark brown crocodile strap, 22x18mm in width, 65x125mm in length, thick 6.3mm taper to 2.3mm, cream stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.
The OEM original leather straps usually use the sheep or artificial leather to make the middle layer and the lining of the leather watch strap which will cause the damage of the leather strap from the back side of it offenly.
We don't use sheep or artificial leather to make the middle layer and the lining of the leather watch strap.
The middle layer and the lining of our leather strap are made of soft and toughness British calfskin. Its biggest feature is extremely durable even the wet situation.
But, like the leather shoes, please keep away from water to get nice situation of the watch strap.
圓弧型和墊厚的款式都是非常困難製作的錶帶款式. 圓形錶款在錶耳處製作成圓弧型的錶帶款式, 可以較貼合手錶的圓型錶殼.
這款圓弧型墊厚款式的鱷魚皮錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄的造型. 然後再和上層的鱷魚皮以及背面的小牛皮三層真皮材料一起縫製成墊厚的鱷魚皮錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (在生產線上用紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以原廠的錶帶非常會吸水吸汗, 經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
