The ostrich watch strap is made of ostrich leg skin which is the most durable leather.
The ostrich watch strap is more durable than crocodile strap and cow leather strap. Besides, its touch is soft and comfortable.
這款ZENITH 的深藍色鴕鳥皮錶帶適用15mm 的錶耳和14mm的原廠的錶帶扣. 錶帶長度是訂製稍短的的70x103mm, 厚度是從3.4mm減薄到3.0mm的厚度.
The strap sample was made: ZENITH dark blue ostrich strap, 15x14mm in width, 70x103mm in length, thick 3.4mm taper to 3.0mm, match stitching, black calf lining.
這款手工錶帶是採用強韌又柔軟的鴕鳥皮, 以手工裁割,修磨,並且用手工精確的削薄;之後再和中間的小牛皮夾層以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合在一起,再以法國的手縫麻線縫製完成.
手工錶帶需要和全球數千位商家競爭,我們不擅於英文,也缺少廣告預算. 所以我們採取頂級品質的策略, 精緻的手工製程和頂級材料來確保真皮錶帶的良好使用品質.
從上圖錶帶側邊的照片,可以看出光滑平順的側邊品質. 這是非常簡單的品質要求,可是卻是需要極為繁複的製作過程. 由於錶帶是使用許多層真皮皮革削薄之後,互相貼合再手工縫合完成.
錶帶的側邊為了達到光滑平順的側邊品質,必須精準的切割修磨,再塗佈歐洲名牌包使用的皮革邊油; 需要等邊油乾燥之後再次修磨平順,然後反覆這個側邊製程四到五遍. 直到錶帶的側邊非常光滑平順為止.
