歐米茄鱷魚手工錶帶 Omega de ville chronometer crocodile strap
這款 OMEGA de ville 的深咖啡色墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 寬度是 20 收 18mm, 使用 買家的原廠18mm的折疊扣, 長度是 短邊85mm, 長邊 90mm, 適合一般標準的手腕尺寸, 厚度是從 5.5 mm減薄到 2.2 mm, 錶帶的邊緣有上色磨圓及上邊油處理.
The strap sample was made: Omega de ville chronometer padded dark brown crocodile strap, 20x18mm in width, 85x90mm in length, thick 5.5mm taper to 2.2mm, dark brown stitching, dyed and burnished edges, match calf lining.
這款墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶在製作上相當耗費工時.主要是因為錶帶中間的墊厚材料, 我們都是使用柔軟的英國小牛皮,
採用手工削修成圓弧型的內襯, 然後再將正面的鱷魚皮,中間和背面的小牛皮互相貼合之後,在用法國的手縫麻線縫製完成.
這點和許多原廠的錶帶都採用紙漿朔型來做中間的墊厚填充材料,然後使用針車縫製是完全不同的!
