格拉蘇蒂鱷魚錶帶訂製巧將手工錶帶 Hand made Glashutte crocodile strap MIT

這款錶帶樣本是: 蘇格拉蒂 墊厚款式的黑色鱷魚皮摺疊釦錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是19收16mm, 長度是75X110mm, 錶耳附近墊厚的厚度是 4.0mm, 尾部減薄到 2.2mm的厚度.

The sample was made: Glashutte padded black matte crocodile strap, 19x16mm in width, 75x110mm in length, thick 4mm taper to 2.2mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. It fits Glashutte deployant clasp.

這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的夾層材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型的夾層; 然後再和正面的鱷魚皮以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合, 再用法國的手縫麻線縫製成墊厚的鱷魚錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.

PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量來製作)做內襯. 所以經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.

請您參考上面右邊照片中的錶帶環. 我們的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作,先用手工削薄之後將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以使用精緻的手工錶帶,您永遠不必再擔心錶帶環會很快破損斷裂了.
