這款是GP 芝柏錶圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的黑色牛皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是21收18mm, 長度是75x120mm ( 適合約18公分的手腕尺寸), 中央墊厚的厚度是 4.8mm, 尾部減薄到 2.3mm的厚度. 使用代用的16mm的雙邊按壓不鏽鋼摺疊扣.這款錶帶可以使用原廠的錶帶扣來訂製新錶帶.
The strap sample was made: Girard-Perregaux curved lug end padded leather strap, 21x18mm in width, 75x120mm in length, thick 4.8mm taper to 2.3mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. It fits a replaced deployant clasp. The custom strap could be made to fit your original OEM buckle/clasp.
圓弧形錶耳款式和墊厚款式的錶帶都是特別困難製作的手工錶帶款式之一.
這款圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶款式. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶.
PS:目前許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以容易從背面破裂開來.
