網頁中這款錶帶是英國網友訂製的萬國錶 IWC Pilot 快拆款式的黃褐色鱷魚錶帶, 不含錶帶釦(使用買家自己的原廠 IWC折疊釦). 歡迎網友依照需要的錶帶顏色和尺寸來訂做.
這款 IWC Pilot 快拆的黃褐色鱷魚錶帶的尺寸是: 寬度是 21 收 18 mm, 買家可以使用自己 18mm 的原廠的摺疊釦, 長度是: 短邊 65 mm, 長邊 135 mm, 適合稍大的手腕尺寸, 厚度是從 4.6 mm減薄到 2.6 mm, 錶帶的邊緣有磨圓及上邊油的處理.
The strap sample was made: IWC Pilot quick released light tan crocodile strap, 21x18mm in width, 65x135mm in length, thick 4.6mm taper to 2.6mm, cream stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining. No including the watch and OEM deployant clasp.
這款真鱷魚皮製作的IWC 快拆款式的鱷魚錶帶在製作上相當耗費工時. 除了快拆款式較難製作之外, 另外因為錶帶中間的墊厚材料, 我們是使用柔軟的英國小牛皮, 採用純手工削修成由厚減薄製作內襯. 然後再將正面的鱷魚皮革和中間內襯以及背面的小牛皮,一起貼合縫製作成這款錶帶. 這點和 目前許多原廠的錶帶採用厚紙板( 生產線上用紙漿朔型製作,所以很容易就從錶帶背面破裂開來 )製做中間的墊厚材料,是完全不同的!
