勞力士墊厚款式的黑色鴕鳥皮錶帶 Rolex padded black ostrich strap
鴕鳥腿皮錶帶是非常細緻耐用的真皮錶帶。 它比鱷魚皮錶帶和牛皮錶帶更耐用。 並且它的觸感非常的光滑細緻。
這款是勞力士墊厚款式的黑色鴕鳥皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是20mm收16mm, 長度是75X115mm ( 可以依照手腕尺寸來訂製 ), 靠近錶耳處圓形墊厚的厚度是 3.8mm, 尾部減薄到 2.2mm的厚度,縫黑色的法國麻線,錶帶的邊緣有磨圓上邊油,採用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做背面的底襯皮革.
The strap sample was made: Rolex padded black ostrich strap, 20x16mm in width, 75x115mm in length, thick 3.8mm taper to 2.2mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.
這款 (逐漸減薄的)墊厚款式的鴕鳥皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成半圓形逐漸減薄的中間的墊厚夾層, 然後再和正面的鴕鳥皮以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合之後, 再一起縫製成逐漸減薄的墊厚款式的鴕鳥皮錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這款逐漸減薄的墊厚款式的鴕鳥皮錶帶.
PS:目前許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產製作)做內襯. 因為很會吸水吸汗, 經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
