積家錶的圓弧形錶耳牛皮錶帶

網頁中這款錶帶樣本是JLC 積家錶圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的咖啡色牛皮手工錶帶, 適合約18公分手腕尺寸的訂做錶帶. 它的尺寸是: 寬度 20mm收 16mm, 長度 75 x 118 mm, 厚度是從4.2mm減薄到2.3 mm的厚度. 錶帶採用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做中間和底部的內襯皮革, 採用法國的咖啡色上蠟麻線手工縫製完成.
The strap sample was made: JLC curved lug end padded brown leather strap, 20x16mm in width, 75x118mm in length, 4.2mm taper to 2.3mm, match stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.

圓弧形錶耳款式和墊厚款式的錶帶都是特別困難製作的手工錶帶款式之一.
這款圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 完全用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶款式. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶.
PS:目前許多名牌手錶的墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以經常很容易從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
請您參考上面這張照片中的錶帶環, 我們的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作, 先用手工削薄之後,將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以錶帶的錶帶環是非常耐用不易破損斷裂的.
