幾款卡地亞藍氣球墊厚的鴕鳥皮錶帶分享 巧將手工錶帶

這幾款錶帶樣品是卡地亞藍氣球女錶墊厚的鴕鳥皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是18收16mm,長度是90x100mm,錶耳中央墊厚的厚度是 4.0mm, 尾部減薄到 1.4mm的超薄的厚度. 網頁中刊登的這三款都是藍氣球女錶的尺寸,長度可以依照手腕大小來訂製. 需要訂製藍氣球女錶(或是男錶)手工錶帶的網友, 歡迎與我們溝通訂製的細節.

The strap sample was made: Cartier Ballon Bleu Ladies ostrich strap, 18x16mm in width, 90x100mm in length, thick 4mm taper to 1.4mm, match stitching, dyed and burnished edges, matching calf lining.

Cartier 藍氣球這款錶帶需要特殊的厚度,極為困難製作. 錶帶尾部正面的鴕鳥皮加上背面的牛皮內襯的總厚度, 需要精確的控制在超薄的1.4mm. 因為錶帶如果太厚就無法使用在 Cartier的原廠的摺疊扣了.

這幾款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的鴕鳥皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太耗費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鴕鳥皮錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (在生產線上用紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以通常很容易就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
