桃園三個皮匠==巧將手工皮雕的皮革工藝之夢==Cheergiant Leather Crafts,watch straps

              長期以來我們都沒有刊登Bell & Ross鱷魚背骨錶帶.                                

 這款鱷魚背骨錶帶在製作上極為耗費工時, 除了錶帶正面鱷魚皮的背骨非常堅硬不容易處理之外. 這款錶帶中間的墊厚材料, 我們都是使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮,採用純手工削修成由厚減薄的內襯, 然後再將正面的大骨鱷魚皮革和中間的小牛皮內襯以及背面的小牛皮背皮互相貼合,再用法國的麻線手工縫製完成.

這款 Bell & Ross BR-01 的黑色鱷魚背骨錶帶的尺寸是: 寬度是 24mm 收 24mm,長度是 短邊75mm, 長邊 120mm, 適合中等稍大約18公分的手腕尺寸, 厚度是從 6.0 mm減薄到 3.5 mm, 錶帶的邊緣有上色及磨圓及上邊油的處理.     

The strap sample was made: Bell & Ross BR-01 black crocodile horn strap, 24x24mm in width, 75x120mm in length, thick 6mm taper to 3.5mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

請您參考上面右側這張照片中的錶帶環. 我們的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作,先用手工削薄之後將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以使用我們的手工錶帶,您永遠不必再擔心錶帶環會很快破損斷裂了.
