豪爵G43 墊厚的黑色鱷魚錶帶

這款豪爵G43錶帶是特製墊厚款式的黑色鱷魚皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是32收18mm, 長度是85X120mm ( 適合約18.5CM 的手腕尺寸), 錶耳附近墊厚的厚度是 5.5mm, 尾部減薄到 2.8mm的厚度.
The first strap sample was made: Roger Dubuis G43 black crocodile strap, 32x18mm in width, 85x120mm in length, thick 5.5mm taper to 2.8mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.
這款豪爵G43墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄墊厚的材料. 然後和上層的鱷魚皮以及背面的小牛皮互相貼合, 再用法國的手縫麻線縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量來製作)做內襯. 所以通常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
這款豪爵G43錶帶是特製墊厚款式的黑色鱷魚皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是32收18mm, 長度是70X120mm ( 適合約17CM 的手腕尺寸), 錶耳附近墊厚的厚度是 4.5mm, 尾部減薄到 3.0mm的厚度.
The second strap sample was made: Roger Dubuis G43 golden square black crocodile strap, 32x18mm in width, 70x120mm in length, thick 4.5mm taper to 3.0mm, white stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.
