這款錶帶樣品是: 豪雅錶圓弧型款式墊厚的黑色鱷魚皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是22mm收18mm, 長度是80X90mm ( 適合約16 CM 的手腕尺寸), 中央墊厚的厚度是 5.8mm, 尾部減薄到 1.8mm的厚度, 縫黑色的法國麻線. 這款錶帶適用原廠的折疊扣.
The strap sample was made: Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre curved lug end padded crocodile strap, 22x18mm in width, 80x90mm in length, thick 5.8mm taper to 1.8mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining.
這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式圓弧形錶耳的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再和上層的鱷魚皮及背面的小牛皮材料縫製成墊厚款式的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
PS:目前許多名牌手錶的原廠的墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯. 所以經常很快就從錶帶背面破裂開來.
