                 漢米爾頓墊厚的牛皮錶帶

這款錶帶樣品是: 漢米爾頓墊厚款式的黑色牛皮錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是 23 mm 收20 mm, 長度是75X115 mm ( 適合約17CM 的手腕尺寸), 中央墊厚的厚度是 6.0 mm, 尾部減薄到 2.8 mm的厚度.

The strap sample was made: Hamilton black padded leather strap, 23x20mm in width, 75x115mm in length, thick 6.0mm taper to 2.8mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. 

這款(中央鼓起)墊厚款式的手工錶帶, 錶帶正面是義大利牛皮,中間是英國小牛皮修削成圓形墊厚的夾層,背面是一層削薄的柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮. 三層牛皮互相貼合後,將邊緣磨圓再塗上歐洲最頂級的邊油. 錶帶的側邊平滑細緻耐久不掉色.

PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量來製作)夾在中間做內襯. 很會吸水吸汗, 所以錶帶通常很快就出問題了.
