萬寶龍牛皮錶帶 Montblanc padded leather strap
網頁中的錶帶樣品是 一件(中央鼓起)墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 不含手錶和錶帶扣. 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的真皮錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以經常很快就從錶帶背面破裂開來.
在本網頁裏的 萬寶龍 墊厚的手工牛皮錶帶是 22x20mm 的寬度, 長度在錶帶扣這一側是 75mm長(不含錶帶扣), 錶帶在長的這一側是 125mm長, 厚度是由4.8mm減薄到2.6mm厚的厚度,縫法國的橘色手縫麻線. PS: 錶帶的寬度,長度和厚度可以依照手錶款式的尺寸需要來訂做.
The strap sample was made: Montblanc padded black leather strap, 22x20mm in width, 75x125mm in length, thick 4.8mm taper to 2.6mm,orange stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. It fits an OEM pin buckle.
