桃園三個皮匠==巧將手工皮雕的皮革工藝之夢==Cheergiant Leather Crafts,watch straps

這款錶帶樣本是: 芝柏錶墊厚的黑色鱷魚皮錶帶, 使用16mm原廠的摺疊扣, 寬度是22mm收16mm,長度是65x115mm適約16.5公分的手腕大小, 厚度是從6.0mm減薄到2.5mm的厚度.   

The strap sample was made: Girard Perregaux black padded crocodile strap, 22x16mm in width, 65x115mm in length, thick 6.0mm taper to 2.5mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.   It fits a 16mm GP OEM deployant clasp.

這款 (錶耳處)墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄的襯墊; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的鱷魚皮錶帶.  因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶. 

PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量來製作)做內襯. 所以經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
