沛納海墊厚的牛皮錶帶

這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的真皮錶帶.
PS:許多名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以非常會吸水吸汗, 經常很容易就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.
The strap sample was made: Panerai PAM 1392 padded blue leather strap, 22x20mm in width, 68x112mm in length, thick 4.8mm taper to 2.6mm, cream stitching, dyed and burniched edges.
這款墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶是採用義大利的牛皮做錶帶正面的材料,並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間的裡襯和背面的材料,以上過蠟的法國麻線純手工縫製完成.
請您參考第三張照片中的錶帶環. 我們的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作,先用手工削薄之後將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以使用我們的手工錶帶,您永遠不必再擔心錶帶環會很快就破損斷裂了.
