這款勞力士墊厚的牛皮錶帶的尺寸是: 20mm收18mm 的寬度, 長度在錶帶扣這一側是 75mm長(不含錶帶扣), 錶帶在長的這一側是 130mm長, 中間墊厚的款式,並且厚度是由厚度6.0mm減薄到2.7mm. PS: 錶帶的寬度,長度和厚度可以依照手錶款式的實際尺寸需要來訂做.
The strap sample was made: Rolex padded green cowskin strap, 20x18mm, 75x130mm, thick 6.0mm taper to 2.7mm, yellow stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.
這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的牛皮錶帶, 不含手錶和錶帶扣. 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的真皮錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的原廠錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以經常很快就從錶帶背面破裂開來.
