這款寶璣7097墊厚款式的深綠色鱷魚皮(摺疊釦)錶帶, 錶帶的寬度是21mm收18mm, 長度是68X112mm ( 適合約16CM 稍小的手腕尺寸),  中央墊厚的厚度是 4.5mm, 尾部減薄到 2.0mm的厚度, 背皮採用黑色的英國小牛皮, 用上蠟的日本麻線手工縫製完成.

PS: 第一張照片是我們的客戶收到訂製的錶帶之後,傳送給我們錶帶安裝在手錶上面的照片. 僅此致謝, 感恩!

My customer sent me the first photo in which the custom strap was mounted on his watch.

這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶.  因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶. 

PS:目前許多名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板做內襯(生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產製作). 所以常常很快就從錶帶背面破裂開來.

請您參考閜面這張照片中的錶帶環.我們的錶帶環是採用兩層皮革來製作,先用手工削薄之後將兩層皮革互相貼合,再用麻線牢固的縫合. 所以使用我們的手工錶帶,您永遠不必再擔心錶帶環會破損斷裂了.
