這款是艾美錶 折疊扣款式深咖啡色的鱷魚皮錶帶,寬度是21mm收20mm,適用 艾美錶手錶原廠20mm的折疊釦.  錶帶的長度是106x118mm,適合稍大的手腕尺寸,厚度是從6.0mm減薄到2.2mm 的厚度. 
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用最珍貴的鱷魚腹部的皮革做錶帶正面的材料,並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間和背面的材料,三層皮革貼合之後再以上過蠟的法國麻線純手工縫製完成.

艾美錶 的許多錶款有獨特的設計, 它的錶帶在錶耳處有特殊的鑲入配件,尺寸非常精細獨特! 
我們需要將皮革特殊的削薄, 再包覆在原廠硬膠的鑲入配件製作中間層的材料.
然後再將正面的鱷魚皮革,中間的鑲入層材料及背面的英國小牛皮一起用麻線手工縫製完成訂製的錶帶. 
由於各項尺寸都需要精確緊密. 所以製作上特別困難和耗費工時. 

The Maurice Lacroix crocodile custom strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather watch strap.  
The Maurice Lacroix has a particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of particular inserts at the lug end of the Maurice Lacroix OEM strap. 
And I need the particular inserts of the old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. 
The Original Maurice Lacroix OEM strap did not sewn the croco skin and the lining together. They are sewn separately and then glue together. 

We drilled two holes at the inserts of the old Maurice Lacroix strap to prepare the really sewed producing process. The strap was really sewed type.
And our Maurice Lacroix custom strap was really sewed together include the inserts.
I have to pare the calf leather to be proper thick, and package the inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.
After that we sew together with the upper side crocodile skin,the middle insert layer and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our Maurice Lacroix crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.                    

Therefore, please notice that the Maurice Lacroix  custom strap service is limited for sending me the Maurice Lacroix old leather strap to produce the new custom strap.

新錶帶有用法國的上蠟麻線手工真正的縫製, 側邊有用鱷魚皮包覆. 
原廠的錶帶不是真正的縫合, 我們連硬膠片都有用高溫鑽孔再一起和皮革縫製在一起.
錶帶中間墊厚的材料是用小牛皮修削成適當的厚度包覆硬膠配件之後, 再加上背面的小牛皮和正面的鱷魚皮一起縫製完成.
