這款是LV 手錶的墊厚的咖啡色鱷魚錶帶,寬度是17mm收16mm,適用 LV 手錶原廠16mm的錶帶釦,
錶帶的長度是短邊58mm,長邊102mm,適合約15公分的手腕尺寸,厚度是從4.5mm減薄到2.5mm的厚度. 
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面的背皮材料,以上過蠟的法國麻線純手工縫製完成.

The strap sample was made: Louis Vuitton padded brown crocodile belly strap,17x16mm in width,58x102mm in length,thick 4.5mm taper to 2.5mm, cream stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.

 The padded crocodile strap is a particularly difficult hand made crocodile straps.

The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.  
But the middle layer of our padded crocodile strap was made of genuine leather board pad. 
We pare the British soft calf leather to be a leather board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the crocodile strap.

After that, we glue together among the up side crocodile skin, the middle padded calf layer and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together. 
Therefore, our custom made padded crocodile strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.

 這款 (中央鼓起)墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再和上下兩層真皮材料一起縫製成墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.  因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人願意用手工製作這款墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.    
錶帶的厚度在錶耳處製作較厚的5.5mm可以承受厚重的手錶;錶帶尾部搭配折疊扣製作較薄2.6mm的厚度,佩戴起來可以既柔軟又舒適.
PS:許多各名牌手錶原廠的墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板(在生產線上紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以很會吸水吸汗,很快就會從錶帶的背面破裂開來.

這款錶帶的背面是採用削得非常薄的英國小牛做背皮的材料. 英國小牛皮非常柔軟又有極佳的韌性,可以確保錶帶非常耐久耐用.
