桃園三個皮匠==巧將手工皮雕的皮革工藝之夢==Cheergiant Leather Crafts,watch straps

這款是愛馬仕 墊厚的橘色鱷魚錶帶,寬度是22.8mm收17mm,適用Hermes錶原廠17mm的錶帶釦,
錶帶的長度是短邊80mm,長邊145mm,適合約20公分的較大的手腕尺寸,厚度是從5.0mm減薄到2.8mm的厚度. 
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面背皮的材料,以上過蠟的法國麻線純手工縫製完成.

圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的錶帶是極為困難製作的手工錶帶款式之一.
這款圓弧形錶耳墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶, 我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料, 是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型;  然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人用手工製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
目前許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 幾乎都是採用 厚紙板 (生產線上用紙漿朔型大量生產來製作)做內襯;所以很會吸水吸汗, 經常很快就從錶帶的背面破裂開來.

All of my crocodile straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of  authentic leather ( include the front side crocodile skin, the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread. 

The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.   Please take a look at the following two photos in which you can see these threads are the best.
