桃園三個皮匠==巧將手工皮雕的皮革工藝之夢==Cheergiant Leather Crafts,watch straps

這款是OMEGA Seamaster墊厚的黑色鯊魚皮錶帶,寬度是20mm收18mm,使用18mm原廠的錶帶釦,
錶帶的長度是短邊70mm,長邊120mm,適合約17公分的手腕尺寸,厚度是從4.5mm減薄到2.8mm的厚度. 
這款鯊魚皮錶帶是採用最稀有柔軟的鯊魚皮革做錶帶正面的材料,錶帶邊緣有上色及磨圓處理,
並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面的材料,以純手工縫製完成.

這款(中央鼓起)墊厚款式的鯊魚皮錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮,用手工削修成圓弧型; 然後再和上層的鯊魚皮革以及下層小牛皮的背皮材料一起縫製成墊厚的錶帶.  因為太費工時了,幾乎沒有人製作這類墊厚的鯊魚皮錶帶.    
這款錶帶的厚度在錶耳處製作較厚的4.5mm可以承受厚重的手錶;錶帶尾部製作較薄2.8mm的厚度,佩戴起來可以既柔軟又舒適.
PS:許多各名牌手錶的墊厚款式的錶帶,在中間墊厚的材料,大都是採用厚紙板(紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯.所以錶帶通常都是從中間或是背面破裂開來.
