這款是萬國錶大工程師黑色牛皮手工錶帶,寬度是28mm收18mm,適用18mm IWC原廠的錶帶釦,
錶帶的長度是短邊73mm,長邊115mm,適合約17公分的手腕尺寸,厚度是從6.0mm減薄到3.2mm的厚度. 
這款牛皮錶帶是採用非常柔軟的義大利牛皮做錶帶正面的材料,
並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面的材料,以純手工縫製完成.

The IWC big Ingenieur leather strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather watch strap.  
The IWC Ingenieur has the particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of particular metal inserts at the lug ends of the IWC Ingenieur strap. 
And I need the particular metal inserts of the IWC Ingenieur old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. Either an IWC Ingenieur OEM old leather strap or an old kelvar type strap will be OK.
I have to pare the calf leather to be a proper thick, and package the metal inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.
After that we sew together with the upper side cow skin,the middle metal insert layer and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our IWC Ingenieur leather strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.                   

萬國錶大工程師黑色牛皮手工錶帶是極為困難製作的錶帶款式之一.

IWC工程師系列錶款有獨特的設計,它的錶帶在錶耳處有特殊鑲入的金屬配件,尺寸非常精細獨特! 

因為整條錶帶需要將多層的皮革,分別特殊地削薄,然後再小心的包覆IWC工程師系列的錶耳特殊金屬配件來製作. 

各項尺寸都需要精確緊密,所以製作上特別耗費工時.
