這款卡地亞 Roadster黑色墊厚的快拆折疊扣鱷魚錶帶,縫日本的上蠟黑色麻線,錶帶的寬度是20mm收18mm,適用18mm原廠的摺疊釦,長度兩邊都是118mm,雙邊反摺的摺疊釦錶帶,厚度是製作7.0mm減薄到1.4mm超薄的厚度,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用柔軟耐用的黑色小牛皮做背皮.

這款墊厚的快拆折疊扣手工鱷魚錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮,用手工削修成逐漸減薄的厚度. 然後把快拆鑲入的金屬配件和五層真皮材料一起縫製成墊厚的快拆折疊扣鱷魚錶帶.

The thickness at tail end of the strap must be made 5.0mm taper to 1.4mm to fit the Cartier folding clasp (bilateral reflexed). The ultrathin tail end of this strap was made of crocodile and leather, so both the crocodile leather and the calf lining need to be made thinned to a thickness of 0.6 ~ 0.7mm. This is definitely a special leather crafts demonstrations!
這款卡地亞折疊扣( 雙邊反摺)的快拆鱷魚錶帶需要製作厚度從7.0mm減薄到1.4mm超薄的厚度. 這個尾巴超薄的厚度是由鱷魚皮和牛皮兩片一起縫合製成. 所以上層的鱷魚皮和背面的牛皮都需要用手工精確的削薄到0.6~0.7mm的厚度.這只能慢工細活地製作,絕對是皮革手工藝的艱困挑戰!
許多原廠錶帶在中間墊厚的材料,都是生產線上用紙漿朔型做成墊厚的錶帶.
