這款是卡地亞藍氣球墊厚的灰色的鱷魚錶帶,縫日本的上蠟白色細麻線,錶帶的寬度是23mm收18mm,適用18mm原廠的摺疊釦,長度是短邊100mm,長邊130mm雙邊反摺的錶帶,厚度是製作5.0mm減薄到1.4mm超薄的厚度,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用柔軟又耐用的黑色小牛皮做背皮. 這款(中央鼓起)墊厚款式的手工鱷魚錶帶,在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成圓弧型;然後再和上下兩層真皮材料一起縫製成墊厚的錶帶款式.

這款卡地亞折疊扣( 雙邊反摺)的錶帶需要製作厚度從5.0mm減薄到1.4mm超薄的厚度. 這個超薄的厚度必須由鱷魚皮和牛皮兩片一起縫合製成. 所以上層的鱷魚皮和背面的牛皮都需要用手工精確的削薄到0.6~0.7mm的厚度.這必需慢工細活地製作,絕對是皮革手工藝的艱困極限!
The thickness must be made 5.0mm taper to 1.4mm to fit the Cartier folding clasp (bilateral reflexed). The ultrathin tail end of this strap was made of crocodile and leather, so both the crocodile leather and the calf lining need to be made thinned to a thickness of 0.6 ~ 0.7mm. This is definitely a special leather crafts demonstrations!
The heavy padded crocodile strap is one of the most difficult hand made crocodile straps.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it.
We pare the British soft calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap.
After that we sew together with the upper crocodile skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our padded crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.
