桃園三個皮匠==巧將手工皮雕的皮革工藝之夢==Cheergiant Leather Crafts,watch straps

這款是勞力士咖啡色復古的牛皮錶帶,使用18mm代用的錶帶釦,
錶帶的寬度是20mm收18mm,適 20mm的錶耳及18mm的錶帶釦,
長度是短邊 75mm,長邊 115 mm,厚度是從5.2mm減薄到4.2mm,

選用超軟的義大利植鞣皮革做錶帶正面的材料,
錶帶邊緣有上色及磨圓處理,採用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間的裡襯和反面背襯的皮革,
使用日本的上過蠟的米色麻線手工縫製完成.

Rolex brown vintage leather strap,20x18mm in width,75x115mm in length,thick 5.2mm taper to 4.2mm,cream stitching,dyed and burnished edges,brown calf lining.

這款是Rolex Datejust墊厚的黑色鱷魚皮錶帶,縫黑色的上蠟麻線,寬度是19mm收16mm,適用16mm原廠的錶帶釦,長度是短邊63mm,長邊105mm,厚度是從5.0mm減薄到2.5mm的厚度.  
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用珍貴的鱷魚腹部的皮革做錶帶正面的材料,並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間墊厚的裡襯和背面的皮革材料,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,以上過蠟的日本麻線純手工縫製完成.

Rolex Datejust black padded crocodile strap,19x16mm in width,63x105mm in length,thick 5.0mm taper to 2.5mm,black stitching,dyed and burnished edges,black calf lining.

The heavy padded crocodile strap is one of the most difficult hand made crocodile straps.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.  
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it. 
We pare the calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the croco strap.
After that we sew together with the upper crocodile skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.
Due to that our padded crocodile custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.
