非常感謝網友來我們的門市訂製及裝配這款墊厚的咖啡色折疊扣鱷魚皮錶帶,並且幫我們留下了幾張漂亮的照片.
這款墊厚的咖啡色鱷魚錶帶的寬度是20mm收18mm,長度是短邊78mm,長邊是110mm,使用原廠的折疊扣,
厚度是從墊厚的4.5mm減薄到超薄的1.3mm的厚度. 縫相同色系的麻線,側邊有磨圓和封蠟處理,背面使用深咖啡色的小牛皮背皮.

製作墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶非常的耗費工時,
我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮,用手工削修成圓弧型;
然後再把許多層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶.
因為太費工時了,幾乎沒有人製作這類 墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶的墊厚款式的錶帶,在中間墊厚的材料,大都是採用厚紙板(生產線上用紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯.
All most of the current OEM padded leather straps were made of some paper board pad.
But our hand made padded croco strap was made of gunuine leather board pad. We pare the calf leather to be a curved pad to produce the padded croco strap.
Due to that we took a long time to make each padded leather strap.
