愛彼錶的酒紅色鱷魚錶帶分享 AP Jules Audemars Small Seconds padded burgundy croco strap.

這款愛彼錶AP Jules Audemars圓弧型錶耳款式的酒紅色墊厚的鱷魚錶帶,縫同色的上蠟麻線,寬度是18mm收16mm,適用16mm愛彼錶原廠的摺疊釦,
長度短邊是72mm,長邊是110mm,厚度是從4.5mm減薄到2.2mm的厚度.
這款鱷魚錶帶是採用最珍貴,最柔軟的鱷魚腹部皮革做錶帶正面的材料,並使用柔軟又強韌的英國小牛皮做錶帶中間及背面的材料,手工縫製完成.

這款墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶,我們在錶帶中間墊厚的材料,是採用歐洲的柔軟的小牛皮用手工削修成圓弧型.然後再把上,中,下三層真皮材料縫製成墊厚的錶帶. 因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人製作這類墊厚的鱷魚錶帶.
PS:許多各名牌手錶的墊厚款式的錶帶,在中間墊厚的材料大都是採用厚紙板 (紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯的墊片.

另外這款錶帶在錶耳處的圓弧形款式,在製作上也是非常繁複費時的精細工作.絕對必需慢工細活一個步驟一個步驟精確的進行.

這款錶帶的尾部必須製作2.2mm相當薄的厚度,這樣才能搭配原廠折疊扣來使用.

所以正反兩面的皮革都需要削薄到1.0mm的厚度.

有些手錶的折疊扣錶帶,甚至需要製作超薄的1.3~1.4mm的厚度. 製作上可以說是極度的困難!
