前陣子 製作了兩款OMEGA Agua Terra 與 ORIS 的鱷魚錶帶

首先這款 OMEGA Agua Terra 的深咖啡色墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶,
寬度是 20 收 18mm, 使用 18mm 的不鏽鋼代用折疊釦,
長度是 短邊85mm, 長邊 135mm, 適合約 19到20 公分稍大的手腕尺寸,
厚度是從 4.5 mm減薄到 2.5 mm, 錶帶的邊緣有上色及磨圓處理.

20 x 18 mm in width, 85 x 135 mm in length , thick 4.5mm taper to 2.5mm,
heavy padded dark brown croco strap, match stitch,
dyed and burnished edges.

接著 這款 ORIS 也是製作深咖啡色墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶.
這款 ORIS 深咖啡色墊厚鱷魚錶帶的尺寸是:
寬度是 21 收 18mm, 使用 18mm 的原廠的折疊釦,
長度是: 短邊60 mm, 長邊 120 mm, 適合 一般的手腕尺寸,
厚度是從 4.8 mm減薄到 2.5 mm, 錶帶的邊緣有上色及磨圓處理.
ORIS custom deployant croco strap,
21 x 18 mm in width, 60 x 120 mm in length, thick 4.8mm taper to 2.5mm,
padded dark brown croco strap, match stitch,
dyed and burnished edges.
墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶在製作上相當耗費工時,
主要是因為錶帶中間的墊厚材料, 我們都是使用柔軟的歐洲小牛皮,
採用純手工削修成圓弧型的內襯, 然後再將許多層的皮革貼合縫製完成.
這點和 目前市面上的錶帶採用厚紙板來做中間的墊厚填充材料完全不同的!
